This is possibly the most important question you will need to answer. If you can deliver an experience that people value, your business will be successful. Everything you do should be laser-focused on creating a unique and memorable experience for the visitor.
- Your Product – Describe exactly what you plan to sell. Clearly articulate what you plan to offer, at what price. Are you offering a single product, or a range? Is your product seasonal?
- Your Customer – Who is your ideal customer? Who is your product designed for? What is their demographic and psychographic profile? What is the total addressable market for your product?
- Value Proposition – What makes your product exceptional? What is your unique selling point? How to you stand out from your competition? Selling unique experiences is far more effective than competing on price. Work hard to identify your ‘X Factor’.
