Olivier Kapetanakos

Olivier has spent 20 years as a global expatriate, having worked and lived in 7 countries. Since returning to Australia, Olivier and his family have developed Avonside Alpine Estate, a family-oriented farm stay that is 100% off-grid and follows regenerative farming practices. Breeding Scottish Highland Cattle and Southdown Babydoll Sheep.

 Olivier is also a skilled-based Director of Tourism Snowy Mountains and the current Chair of the Jindabyne Chamber of Commerce. These two positions, together with being an Owner Director of a Property Management business allows for on-the-ground insights into Tourism.

When not working on the farm or in business, Olivier enjoys fishing in the summer and truffle foraging in the winter.

 Olivier has a Master’s in Business Administration.
