Sheri has over 25 years’ experience as a senior executive in both corporate and operational roles across the government, university and not for profit sectors, as well as banking, property and retail.
Sheri has extensive experience as a Board/Committee member with organisations including Red Nose Australia, SIDS and Kids ACT, Yass and Districts Education Foundation, Yass Valley Aged Care Limited and Southern Tablelands Regional Arts. She has a Bachelor of Economics Degree in Accounting and Financial Management, Masters’ Degree in Commercial Law and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Sheri has lived near the rural village of Binalong in the Southern Tablelands since 2008 and for over 7 years was Director Corporate and Community at Yass Valley Council, giving her a deep understanding and appreciation of the challenges facing rural and regional communities.
