New Business Connect Advisors Added to Support Hard-Hit Industries

June 3, 2020

The NSW Government has announced 40 new Business Connect advisors will be deployed across NSW to provide advice and guidance to small business specifically in industries hit hard by the impacts of COVID-19.

Featuring in the new contingent are five advisors with a background in the heavily impacted tourism industry.

According to Minister for Finance and Small Business Damien Tudehope, around 3300 small businesses have already been assisted by the program since March 1.

Once the 40 new advisors have all begun work, there will be more than 120 advisors in the Business Connect program. Advisory sessions with Business Connect are currently free of charge, for more information visit business.nsw.gov.au/support-for-business/businessconnect or call 1300 134 359.
